COST TU1305 Session in:

 

 3rdConference on Sustainable Urban Mobility

(3rd CSUM) 26 –27 May 2016, Volos, Greece

COST Action TU1305 is organizing special sessions in the 3rd CSUM where Action's members will be able to present their work on Urban Mobility. The session will be open to the conference delegates, as all other sessions.

The Call is open to both senior researchers and young researchers (ECIs, PhD candidates, post-doc and master students).

Researchers who wish to participate in this session please send abstract (300 words) to Prof. Eftihia Nathanail enath@uth.gr and Ms. Smadar Amir smadaram@tx.technion.ac.il until 29.2.16. Notification of accepted abstracts will be sent at 5.3.16

Those who wish to have their work considered for further publication should follow the conference's guidelines and communication channels for paper submission, reviewing and publishing[1] (http://csum.civ.uth.gr/#key-dates).

 

Reimbursement for participation will be calculated according to the following options:

A.     Presenting in COST session (without publication) Senior and Young researchers:

·         Accommodation and travel expenses according to COST guidelines.

·         Meals (lunch on both days and gala dinner) will be paid directly by the researcher to the conference organizer (total amount of 60 euros).  These meals will be reimbursed to the researcher with the regular claim.

·         No conference fees are needed. All Conference sessions can be attended. 

 

B.      Presenting in COST session and following publication procedure:

 

v  Senior researchers:

·         Accommodation and travel expenses according to COST guidelines.

·         Conference special fees of 190 euros will be paid directly to the organizer (Fees will include all meals covered by the organizer for the Conference days).

 

v  Young researchers (ECI, PhD students, Master students) presenting in "Young researchers session" whose work will be published:

·         Reimbursement according to option A above.

·         An extra publication cost is needed, between 50-70 euros per paper (The exact amount will be announced later. For any questions, please contact us for details).

 

 

 



[1]Papers can be included in the special issue of Transportation Research Procedia of Elsevier (indexed in Scopus), whereas, selected papers will be considered for further review and publication in the International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering of the Word Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology – WASET (indexed in ISI), and the De Gruyter open access Transport and Telecommunication Journal (indexed in SCI and Scopus) of the Transport and Telecommunication Institute."
