Dr. Domokos Esztergár-Kiss is an assistant lecturer at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), since 2014 he is the international project coordinator of the Faculty of Transportation Engineering and Vehicle Engineering. His major field of research is the combination of transportation modes and optimization of multimodal travel chains. Domokos is the chair of IEEE Young Professional AG and was the main organizer of the IEEE conference MT-ITS 2015 (Models and Technologies for Intelligent Transportation Systems) and EWGT 2017 (Euro Working Group on Transportation meeting). He was involved in several projects such as BusEye, Smarter Transport, TÁMOP research university project (Connecting transportation modes with telematics tools) and MoveCit (Engaging employers from public bodies in establishing sustainable mobility and mobility planning).
