Dr. Tom Erik Julsrud is Chief research Sociologist at the Norwegian Institute of Transport Economics in Oslo and hold a position as Associate Professor at Trondheim University College. He has published several works focusing on ICT related innovations, social networks, organizational change and everyday mobility.  He is currently leader of the research group Travel behavior and mobility at TØI.
