The type of scientific work we are offering

The scientific work will consist in the study of the APIs offered by major social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare) related to geo-located user activities inside the social network. The different alternatives for detecting and predicting user urban trajectories based on the geo-located information available in the social network will be studied and analyzed. A proposal for additional variables that would be beneficial to have available on the social network in order to better predict user trajectories will also be done in order to identify new future opportunities for further developments for the COST action.
